My name is Jasmine (but my foster family calls me Minnie.) I am just a little pitty pup who is looking for someone to snuggle. That is probably about my favorite thing to do in the whole world! Of course I am still a puppy so I love doing all the fun puppy stuff too - running in the backyard, chewing on toys, and even playing fetch! I like to keep my kennel nice and clean and also haven't had any accidents in the house! Gold Star For Me! There are two other dogs at my foster home and I LOVE spending time with them and would love another furry sibling or going to a dog park. There is also a 2 year old in my foster house, but I've still got a little too much energy for him. I don't know any commands yet, but can't wait to learn! I want to keep my foster family safe and can be pretty vocal when people or other animals show up, so I might have a hard time living in an apartment building.Of course once I meet the new people or animals I turn into a big wiggly puddle of joy! I hope I can find my forever family (and couch) soon!

She walks GREAT on a leash! Someone down south must have worked with her on that previously. And she now knows the go in her kennel when you say "kennel up"

* Puppies under 5 months should not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time to help them with potty training and socialization.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Post Adoption: Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. We highly recommend Pet Insurance. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
